Method Sourcing makes the move to Archdale

November 15, 2016

ASHEBORO — Method Sourcing Corp. will open a new warehousing and distribution operation at 103 Carolina Court in Archdale.

The Randolph County Economic Development Corp. (EDC) made the announcement on Tuesday.

EDC President Bonnie Renfro said no public incentives were involved in the company’s decision to move to Archdale.
The company is relocating from Elmsford, N.Y., to be closer to customers and the home furnishings market.

The company develops, designs and imports home products for wholesale and direct distribution. Specializing in tabletop, decor and bedding, it supplies a diverse group of major brands and retailers such as Peacock Alley, Pottery Barn and True Value.

Its wholly owned brands Bamboozle, Tiny Footprint and Flybuster all focus around easy-to-use and ecofriendly items for the home. The eco chic flagship line Bamboozle utilizes sustainable bamboo to create dishwasher safe and biodegradable homeware for everyday use, and is available nationwide in independent retailers, Amazon and Bamboozlehome.com.

Founded in 2013, Method Sourcing also provides wholesale facilities and distribution to retailers and other wholesalers. Owners Steve and Valerie Greenstein and six other employees and their respective families will relocate to the Triad with 28 total jobs expected within five years.

They will lease the 31,950-square-foot facility at Interstate Business Park on Interstate 85, previous home of Meredith Transport. Meredith Transport was acquired by Epes Transport in 2012.

Method Sourcing plans to open by mid-November and is working with NC Works for initial hiring needs.
