About Randolph County Economic Development
With a long-standing tradition of industry and craftsmanship, Randolph County is supported by the Randolph County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC), a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization dedicated to the county’s economic vitality. RCEDC works closely with local partners to retain and expand existing businesses, recruit new industries, and ensure that the county continues to provide the sites, buildings, and industrial parks needed for future growth.
Our Strategic Priorities
RCEDC focuses on four key priorities that guide economic development efforts across the county.
- Business Retention and Expansion -Supporting the success and growth of existing industries is essential to preserving jobs and strengthening the county’s economic stability. It's the most important thing we do!
- Workforce Development - RCEDC collaborates with partners to ensure Randolph County has a skilled and ready workforce, supporting both current employers and future industry needs.
- Business Development & Marketing - We actively promote Randolph County as a competitive location for new and expanding industries, highlighting the region’s business advantages, workforce, and community assets.
- Product Development - RCEDC works closely with Randolph County and its municipalities to ensure the community has a strong inventory of industrial sites, modern buildings, and the infrastructure needed to support business growth. These efforts help position the county for future investment and long-term economic success.
