Commuting Pattern
Workers in the Piedmont Triad Region of North Carolina can easily commute to neighboring counties to work because of the area’s strong transportation network. Each day more than 25,000 Randolph County residents travel to other counties to work, thus providing a large pool of potential qualified workers (2006-2010 ACS).

The Piedmont Triad Region A 12-county region comprises Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry & Yadkin counties.
Customized Training
State funded customized training is provided through the North Carolina Community College system. A training profile will be developed in consultation with the client company and a budget developed to support the training project.
