High School/Youth Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship Randolph is Randolph County’s premier opportunity for students to get a jump start on a professional career in our booming local industries. Students (high school juniors and seniors) have the opportunity to maximize earning potential, gain valuable skills and experience through on-the-job training, and earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in Manufacturing Technology from Randolph Community College at NO COST. This collaboration between Asheboro City Schools, Randolph Community College, the Randolph County School System, and local industry began in 2017 with twelve industry partners and sixteen apprentices and is set to increase each year.

Apprenticeship Randolph gives Randolph County employers an opportunity to “nurture your own talent pipeline” through this 4-year technical training program.
