The JobLink Career Center is a partnership among the Employment Security Commission, Department of Social Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, Regional Consolidated Services, and Randolph Community College. It offers a convenient one-stop location providing job seekers and employers access to a variety of employment and training services on a non-fee basis.

The Center is located on the Randolph Community College campus and is staffed by representatives of the partner agencies. Services available include career planning and placement, instruction and training, employment referral assistance, Job Training Partnership Act, Vocational Rehabilitation, Work First, financial aid, job-seeking and keeping skills, English as a Second Language, and academic and vocational assessments.
