Commuting Pattern

Workers in the Piedmont Triad Region of North Carolina can easily commute to neighboring counties to work because of the area’s strong transportation network. Each day more than 25,000 Randolph County residents travel to other counties to work, thus providing a large pool of potential qualified workers (2000 Census).
