Partnership program between industry, student, parent, and Randolph County Schools provides on-the-job training while a student completes their high school education. Program extends two to four years in a comprehensive Work Process for the apprentice. High school juniors and seniors are eligible to participate and program is sanctioned by the NC Department of Labor allowing students under 18 to work in industrial setting in work-based learning program
