Funds available to nonprofit, public bodies, or cooperatives to facilitate small and emerging private business enterprise. Grants may fund acquisition or construction of fixed assets, on and off site infrastructure, professional services, working capital, technical assistance, and startup costs. Grants do not go directly to the business.
